2. Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is:

- Damaged
- Not as described
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will assess and resolve the matter promptly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale or clearance items

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty)
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
- Tiny Treasure World is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
